Paddy McGuinness is to front a new mystery music game show for the BBC.
I Can See Your Voice, produced for the BBC by Thames TV, is set to air on BBC One in 2021.
Bolton-born McGuinness is best known for hosting ITV dating show Take Me Out and is a co-host of Top Gear.
The new game show promises to be a “whole new take on the singing gameshow genre”.
McGuinness said: “A show like this doesn’t come along very often so I am thrilled to have been asked to host I Can See Your Voice. It’s bonkers, silly and the ultimate family night in!
“Everyone can play along at home and I’m looking forward to welcoming the good and the bad to our stage. The show has been a huge success around the world so here’s to making it the one to watch in the UK in 2021.”
