Award-winning magician, Dynamo, is to return to television later this year, following a career-threatening illness.

The Bradford-born magician will present a 3-part special with the working title, Project 7, for Sky One and Now TV.

Promising to “change the face of magic on television” the show will follow him around the world as he performs.

“This show has been a passion project of mine for almost 3 years and represents a whole new approach to the genre. I believe that now more than ever people need a sense of magic in their lives so I can’t wait for everyone to see what I’ve been working on,” he said.

The series has been co-produced by Phil McIntyre Television, Inner Circle Films and Motion Content Group and it slated for transmission in 2020.

”Dynamo has carved out an illustrious reputation in the world of magic and his skill and mastery is going to astound our viewers beyond belief. I can’t wait to see him in action,” added Phil Edgar-Jones, Director of Sky Arts and Sky’s Head of Entertainment.

Dynamo was born in the Delph Hill estate just outside Bradford. His live tour Seeing is Believing started out with a 10 date run and grew into a 3 year global adventure.
