Leeds agency Brilliant has appointed James Pilkington as social media director as it focuses on building a world-class social media team.
James, who joins the agency with over 10 years of social media experience, will play a pivotal role in driving brand transformation, fostering client partnerships, and leading a talented team.
With a career history featuring a mix of agency and in-house roles, Pilkington has worked across a variety of sectors including FMCG, retail, finance, manufacturing and events developing and activating social media strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, using organic, paid and influencer marketing tactics.
Joining the team with a wealth of experience to share with the agency’s food and beverage clients, he says he is “Incredibly excited to be joining the Brilliant team.
