Brand8 appointed by robotics firm after three-way pitch

Leeds-based Brand8 has been appointed by robotics specialist Sewtec to support its ambitious growth plans following a three-way pitch.  

Dewsbury-headquartered Sewtec designs and manufactures high-technology factory automation systems for global blue-chip companies in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care and tobacco industries.

 Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson are amongs its clients. 

In April, managing director Mark Cook, announced plans to double turnover to £32m and increase headcount from 80 to more than 120 people within five years.

Brand8 is providing Sewtec with integrated consultancy across media relations, content marketing, social media and corporate social responsibility.
