GAP insurance specialist, ALA Insurance, has revealed its rebrand, carried out by Tall.
The North Yorkshire firm said it wanted to “ensure clarity and peace of mind” for customers.
“From my very first day at ALA, I was impressed with the knowledge, care, and consideration the customer support team all have. I wanted our new tone of voice to be a representation of them as they really are the heart of the business,” explained Harriet England, Marketing Manager.
“Through workshops, conversation and listening to calls with our customers we have harnessed what it means to be part of ALA Insurance. We believe in treating the customer fairly – from reasonable prices and quality products, to providing above and beyond customer service. We think we’ve shown these key elements of the business with our rebrand and website redesign.”
ALA appointed Tall to undertake the rebrand, with a brief to “feel fresh and yet familiar.”
