Counter Context, which has offices in Sheffield, Manchester and London, will design, plan and deliver stakeholder engagement and consultation over three years on projects including major route network improvements, a district-wide LED lighting scheme, Active Travel Neighbourhoods, and its landmark Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) schemes, alongside a variety of smaller transport schemes.

The agency has nurtured a specialism in supporting local authorities delivering transport, regeneration and sustainability schemes.
