Blackburn digital marketing agency 21Digital has launched a new website for luxury dessert restaurant chain Haute Dolci.
The chain plans to open outlets throughout the UK, including one in Blackburn, which is set to open in June 2019. Haute Dolci, which specialises in desserts like waffles, pancakes, crepes and milkshakes, has five existing outlets across the UK and four set to open imminently.
The new website was commissioned from 21Digital after the multi award-winning Blackburn agency’s #GOTTHEKEY campaign helped launch Haute Dolci’s flagship Cheshire Oaks outlet following a major refurbishment in early 2018.
21Digital managing director Sam Fletcher said: “The client’s brief was clear – they didn’t want the usual Like and Share campaign centred around offers or giveaways.
“With a VIP opening date already set, we worked collaboratively with Haute Dolci to develop a campaign that would create a sense of exclusivity. Our idea centred on the concept of a hidden key that the customer could find and bring with them to the store, which would then allow them access to the VIP launch.
“Keys were hidden at secret locations around the North West, and clues were posted on social media. Key-finders were able to access the North West’s newest luxury dessert experience – and get a few extra treats into the bargain too.”
Haute Dolci founder Nizam Mohamed added: “I was hugely impressed with the effort that the 21Digital team put into the campaign. It took four years to get the social media for a previous brand up to the standard that Sam and the team achieved in six weeks.”
