Betfred in Warrington has announced a multi-year deal with Sky, to show Sky Sports channels in its high street stores.
The company will distribute all 7 channels, including Eurosport across its 1360 shops from today.
It follows a similar contract with BT Sport, which the company signed in 2013.
Mark Stebbings, managing director of Betfred Retail said it was “great news for customers,” adding:
“Sky Sports will greatly enhance our in-house channel Betfred TV and make live betting even more exciting.”
Betfred TV is broadcast out of the SIS studios at MediaCityUK.
“We’re really pleased to be working with Betfred to distribute our unrivalled schedule of live sport throughout their estate,” said James Tweddle sales director of Sky Business.
“We’re looking forward to strengthening this great new partnership over the coming years.”
