Bartlett-backed luxury fashion reseller turns to outbloom

The UK-based marketplace for pre-owned luxury fashion Luxe Collective has appointed outbloom to manage its media planning and buying, in addition to bringing onboard their digital consultancy offering.

The review kicked off in July, a result of an organisational realignment and to explore alternative options for media management.

outbloom’s remit will span media planning and buying across brand and performance, while leveraging digital consultancy services to drive full-funnel digital strategy.

outbloom will operate as Luxe Collective’s media partner across both sides of the business, scaling new customer acquisition through the re-sell program and the DTC offering.

Luxe Collective co-founder Ben Gallaga said: “We were highly impressed with their strategic approach and understanding of our brand.

“Luxe has a unique business model, and outbloom’s experience in luxury fashion, pre-loved and marketplaces, combined with their hands-on media planning and buying, as well as their holistic approach to digital growth through consultancy, made perfect sense for us.”

Luxe Collective has built a following of over 1.5m through a focus on education, engagement, and authenticity. The stigma around second-hand luxury has begun to lift in recent years, with Luxe Collective playing a key role in this shift. They make brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Hermès accessible, offering a 100% authenticity guarantee.

Mark Sansum, outbloom’s co-founder, said: “Partnering with an exciting and fast-growing brand like Luxe Collective is a fantastic win for outbloom, perfectly aligned with our rich history in media management within luxury fashion and pre-loved.

“With the full scope of brand and performance media, our team looks forward to working with such an exciting, forward-thinking brand.”

Social Chain founder Steven Bartlett backed Luxe Collective with a £100,000 investment for three per cent equity following the brand’s appearance in season 21’s opening episode earlier this year.
