A North West agency whose founder last year told Prolific North of its ambition to be “the Social Chain of the B2B world” has moved a step closer to its goal after announcing it has moved into the offices of Social Chain co-founder Dom McGregor’s Fearless Adventures.
noticed. will be spending 2025 in the new surrounds of Wilmslow after founders Niall and Morgan Ratcliffe came to the conclusion that, having grown to growing to 16 full-time staff, the agency needed a permanent home to foster “this company culture where everyone comes together and has these creative and ambitious marketing ideas.”
Niall Ratcliffe admitted, however, that the company almost did the unthinkable and made the move to London for its next chapter: “We put a deposit down an apartment in London, and it was Dom who sat us down and said ‘The North isn’t to be overlooked, you should set up your HQ here.’ That’s when Dom offered the Fearless Adventures offices up to us, which was an incredible opportunity,” he explained.
McGregor began working with noticed. on its rebrand last year, and Ratcliffe hopes that the closer proximity to his business inspiration will yield further positive results: “We’re trying to build a Social Chain of B2B, and obviously there’s no one better to help us do that than Dom,” he said. “Just the last two weeks at the office, we’ve been able to run creative campaigns by him ideas and strategic business decisions, he’s literally now two desks down where we can just ask him whatever we want, which is absolutely fantastic.
“I think any young entrepreneurs and founders should be looking to do a similar thing of finding a mentor that’s walked the walk and trusting in them. Too many people think they have to do everything on their own. We set ourselves the goal this year being the most well-known B2B marketing agency in the UK. That seems like a massive ambition, but it’s someone like Don by our side that will help us do that. We’re a young team, and I want to be surrounded by a players. I think the Fearless Adventures team are full of A-players, and that’s exactly we want our team to be surrounded by.”
Announcing the office share on LinkedIn, McGregor added: “This week we started our office share with the incredible guys at noticed.
“This is a match made in heaven – when we first took our office in Wilmslow we called it ‘Basecamp’ this is because we wanted it to be a place where great adventures started. Over the last 2 years we’ve had some great entrepreneurs and early stage companies base themselves with us. Noticed are next.
“They’ve built a great B2b marketing company and I’m honour to be able to give them room to grow as they scale.”
The former Social Chain added that the noticed. team may not be the last new addition to the Fearless Adventures office: “If any one is looking to be around great entrepreneurial energy and fancies a change of scenery – we are always happy to have a conversation about sharing space,” he said.
