Three members of the Kamani family have stepped down as directors of I Saw It First, including its founder Jalal Kamani.
It comes following Fraser Group’s takeover of the loss-making Manchester fashion etailer at the end of last month.
Greg Pateras remains CEO of the company, but has resigned as a Director. Leanne Holmes, its Buying, Merchandising and Brand Director has also resigned. Holmes is the former Head of Merchandising at PrettyLittleThing.
According to an update on Companies House yesterday, all 5 resigned on 27th July.
Stephen Mucklow a long-term associate of Mike Ashley was appointed as Director on the same day. Mucklow was also installed as a Director of Lancashire-based Studio Retail in May, following its acquisition by Frasers Group.
Sportsdirect.Com Retails Ltd holds 75%+ of the I Saw It First’s shares and voting rights. The registered address of the company has moved from Manchester to Mansfield – the home of Frasers Group.
