Manchester-headquartered growth agency Six & Flow has appointed a duo of new hires including a new Head of Client Services and a new Head of Delivery.

Joining the agency as Head of Clients Services is Jaeger Dyble. Prior to joining the agency, Dyble worked at Purple Tuesday and has 10 years’ experience within B2B and sales services.

In her new role, she will be tasked with working closely with clients and the senior leadership team on the agency’s overall growth strategy.

Nicole Sengers joins as the agency’s new Head of Delivery. She will be based at the agency’s hub in Johannesburg but will report into the Manchester HQ.

Her role includes training, managing capacity planning and allocating work to the team, providing support and technical requests, streamlining and improving Six & Flow’s delivery processes as well as working with the team on strategic accounts to deliver growth.

In addition to the duo of senior hires, the agency has also made 10 other appointments across the business.

Rich Wood, managing director of Six & Flow, said: “These two new appointments are fantastic news for Six & Flow and follow a strong 2021 which saw us grow our headcount by 12 and onboard 273 new clients. Jaeger and Nicole are exceptional at what they do and offer real insights and experience that will benefit the business and our clients.”

Jaeger Dyble (pictured) added: “One of the first things that drew both myself and Nicole to Six and Flow was its ‘team first environment’ which is different approach that most other agencies take. Six & Flow is all about growth; growth for people, growth for its clients and growth for itself. That vision really excited us, and we are now looking forward to playing our part in its future.”
