User experience agency PRWD has appointed Nicole Prior as optimisation strategist.

Prior joins from Bolton-based AO.com, where she spent four years and helped to build its in-house testing team. Before that she was at Antler Luggage.
She joins a six-strong team at Manchester-based PRWD, whose clients include Lakeland, Schuh, The North Face, The Student Room Group and Harveys.
The agency, which celebrates its 10th birthday this year, will also be moving to bigger office premises in central Manchester next month.
