Altrincham agency ‘Adds’ CRO to the menu

Jade Jordan

Add People, a Prolific North top 10 digital agency, has bolstered its agency offering by introducing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) following the successful stand-alone development by in-house UX & Conversion Manager, Jade Jordan.

Altrincham-based Add People, whose client roster consists predominantly of “small businesses with big futures”, has already added existing clients to the new product, demonstrating how big brand opportunities can be scaled to impact the bottom line for small businesses.

At its core Add People, with its staff of several hundred, focuses on bringing digital marketing to the SME sectors which currently consists of over 5.5m businesses, and makes up 99.9% of UK private sector businesses – a sector it says is “often massively under supported” by marketing agencies.

Add People’s CRO offering, aims to give cost-effective real, actionable customer insights, breaking down barriers to CRO, and ultimately preventing lost opportunities for unique business.

Jordan, said: “I’m thrilled to introduce CRO as an affordable product for small businesses in the UK and the US. It’s crucial that individual business owners receive the same high-quality advice and support as large corporations.

“CRO has always been integral to our UX design. Our data-backed designs have set us apart in the SME design sector. It is this driver and the success of our clients that has enabled the expansion of a standalone product offering. By integrating both UX and CRO within one team, we provide clients with aesthetic, functional websites that drive better ROI and foster significant business growth.”

It is not only small businesses who can benefit from the in-house product development progress, as Add People begins a pipeline of developing stand alone product by nurturing and progressing in-house talent, ensuring retention as the agency continues to grow.

Toby Dean, associate director of SEO at Add People, said: “Like many of our customers we’re a family-led business, so being able to develop the talent pipeline has a dual benefit; better products for our customers and better opportunities for our hard working, loyal team members.

“The new CRO product is already paying dividends for our customers, and we can’t wait to develop other new products to ensure we’re offering our teams and clients the chance to build and grow.”
