Belgian wall decoration specialist Grandeco has appointed brand building marcomms agency, Smoking Gun, to manage UK media relations.
Since 1978, Grandeco has established itself as one of the largest worldwide producers of wall decoration products and is recognised for its pioneering wallcovering technologies for modern homes.
Grandeco’s latest innovation has seen the launch of Pure & Protect wallpaper technology, which uses a self-sanitising coating to eliminate 99.9 per cent of harmful particles such as bacteria, fungi and viruses, as well as Covid-19. Pure & Protect is also water-based and works mechanically, unlike similar products in the market. This means it is not a chemical process, and not harmful to humans. This first-to-market development will form the focus on Smoking Gun’s brief.
Ever expanding its presence in the UK, Grandeco is stocked in the likes of B&Q and Homebase, as well as retailing via Amazon.
Smoking Gun will launch the new Pure & Protect product range to trade and consumer audiences, showcasing both the technology and interior design story.
Grandeco joins Smoking Gun’s existing lifestyle portfolio, which includes Interflora, Clogau and Dare 2b.
