Business growth agency, Heur, has acquired digital marketing agency, Out-To-Sea.
The deal will increase the York agency’s retained revenue by 15% and bring on board menswear brand Peggs & Son and art publisher King & McGaw as clients.

Details of the deal haven’t been announced, but Brighton-based Out-To-Sea employs 3 staff, working across ecommerce, data, research, SEO, paid media, email marketing and CRO.
Raven co-founded Heur with Chris Nawrocki in 2019, it works with businesses to scale their D2C brands.
