McCann Leeds has released two new episodes of its podcast series ‘Moments of Truth’ with Caroline Cooper Charles and Shang Ting Peng as guests.
Cooper-Charles is a film producer and chief executive at Screen Yorkshire, while Ting Peng is creative director at The City Talking studios.
The podcast series introduces guests from the Northern creative community on each episode, welcoming them to talk about the key moments from their lives and careers which have been formative for them.
Cooper Charles’ episode explores how she broke into the film industry, becoming a ‘poacher-turned-gamekeeper’ and a champion of new talent.
Ting Peng discusses the moments that took her from studying in Barcelona to founding The City Talking in Leeds, taking on the role of creative director.
The series is hosted by the team at McCann Leeds, including head of PR and Social Alex Hamilton. Previous guests on the Moments of Truth podcast, which is inspired by McCann’s principle of ‘Truth Well Told,’ have included Sinéad Rocks, MD at Nations and Regions, Channel 4, and Mark Evans, MD, – Marketing and Digital at Direct Line.
Hamilton said: “It was a delight to host both Shang Ting and Caroline on the podcast. It was an honour to get to know a bit about their lives, and stand out moments that led them along their career paths to where they both are today.”
