Head of Sales

You will be its Home Builder specialist, leading the sales from Home Builder clients and keeping abreast of the latest trends and insights from the sector to inform RV strategic decisions, product development and RV content delivered to our established and prospective clients. Key areas of accountability in this role will be the remits of key client relationships, new business and revenue growth through relevant knowledge of the HB sector.
Revolution Viewing’s current top 25 UK HB clients include: Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Bloor Homes, Miller Homes, Vistry, Countryside Properties, Story Homes and Fairview Homes.
You should have at least 5 years experience in a sales role, ideally in the Home Builder sector and have a great commercial awareness to spot and capitalise on opportunities for growth.
The position includes a salary and uncapped bonus scheme.
Marketing & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Marketing Manager role was introduced 3 years ago and has proven to be vital for the company.
The earliest start date for this position is 14th November and the successful applicant will need to be passionate about Revolution Viewing’s products and clients. They’ll need to be able to advise on digital marketing strategy, write copy help bring products to market and ensure an ROI on marketing spend.
For the right candidate, there is the opportunity of a 3 or 4 day working week.
You must have at least 5 years experience working in a similar capacity and have experience of delivering multiple projects within tight timeframes.
Sales/Account Manager

Key areas of responsibility in this role will be the remits of maintaining and growing existing client relationships, executing sales and marketing campaigns and striving for monthly meetings and sales targets.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to achieve the HB meetings and revenue targets set for the year. To help achieve these targets a major part of your role will be to contact existing HB clients about their upcoming development launches and marketing activity and provide quotes specific to their requirements. You’ll then create the relevant booking documents to pass the project over to our HB Project Management team.
