Manchester PR and communications agency, HuHa, has been appointed by award winning HR technology firm Connectr.

In 2021, Connectr rebranded after attracting £5m investment, from Puma Private Equity. It also grew its team and changed its strategic offer to mentor at scale via its mentoring technology platform.

With this shift in direction, alongside ambitious growth plans, the business decided it needs a PR team with extensive technology experience to support the ongoing evolution.

The Connectr platform was created to attract and retain employees from all backgrounds while helping businesses to significantly meet their diversity and inclusion targets. Connectr is opening up career opportunities for people from underrepresented backgrounds in the UK workforce, while making businesses more profitable by reducing reneges and cost-per-hire.

The platform is dedicated to ensuring all people at every stage of their career from early talent engagement, candidates and employees feel a sense of belonging towards their organisation to maintain productivity and retention.

Key Connectr clients include British Airways, Heathrow, Police Now, Burberry and Thales.

HuHa founder Lisa Hughes said: “We are looking forward to raising awareness of how organisations can make significant changes, retain staff and increase productivity by adopting Connectr.”
