Acquisition deal for Manchester’s Shout Bravo

Global digital marketing leader Incubeta has announced its acquisition of Shout Bravo, a Manchester-based organic content marketing partner. This will enable Incubeta to offer a complete organic search experience that represents the future of search.

This follows Incubeta’s acquisition of advanced data and analytics partner Persuasion, and significantly enhances Incubeta’s ability to drive its total search offering. SEO has entered its biggest shift in a decade and the way people search, where they search, and the search experience as a whole is changing, and this partnership will ensure Incubeta continues to offer a market-leading service.

Founded by journalists in 2019, Shout Bravo brings a fresh perspective to SEO, using their media background to identify and create content that trends. This expertise is crucial in a landscape that has been revolutionized by changes to how and where people search, and where great content is prioritized.

The integration of the two companies promises to enhance Incubeta’s total search offering, combining the best in PPC and organic search, and will be fuelled by the company’s award-winning total search platform, Seamless Search.
