Definition, a national brand alignment consultancy based out of Leeds, has reported a record start to 2024 with 19 new major client wins in Q1, worth £700K in revenue.
The roster of new clients, across both B2B and B2C, spans national and international names including Orange, Save the Children, Apliqo, Campari, Marstons, Chester Racecourse, Greater London Authority, Linklaters, MedicAlert, RedKite, Unite, Dual, TransPennine Express, The NEC, and Hyperion Dev.
The wins span the full range of Definition’s specialist services including insight, brand strategy, customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), marketing, PR and video, with a number working with more than one of the agency’s specialist teams.
Over the last four years, Definition has brought together some of the UK’s leading specialist agencies to help its clients define, align and deliver brands across multiple channels. In November last year the agency consolidated its seven group brands under the Definition name, with an integrated team of over 100 specialists now spanning offices in Leeds, London, Manchester and Cape Town.
Louise Vaughan, chief client officer and co-founder of Definition, said: “These results underline the growing appeal of the Definition alignment model. It means businesses and organisations get to work with highly specialist, award-winning teams across multiple disciplines, to deliver meaningful and measurable commercial results.
“We have almost three hundred clients worldwide and around sixty of these are tapping into multiple services. We’re adding new names to this month on month.”
The record performance marks a strong start to 2024 and comes off the back of a period of significant growth for Definition. This includes recent acquisitions as well as the agency becoming one of the first in the UK to launch its own private AI environment, empowering its people with access to advanced AI capabilities.
