This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PPC Account Manager to join our fast-growing team based in Manchester.

We’re looking for someone who can manage their own portfolio of clients and be proactive and driven when running client campaigns with a wide variety of budgets.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Campaign management – you should be highly skilled in both Shopping and lead generation management, with industry-leading techniques and strategies to maximise performance.
  • Strategies – you will be responsible for working closely with the Head of PPC to devise proactive strategies and be ahead of the curve with Google & Microsoft updates.
  • Delivery of work – you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of PPC work for some of Embryo’s largest PPC clients.
  • Larger clients – As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for working on medium-large sized clients at Embryo, you’ll need to be comfortable and equipped with managing budgets that may exceed £100,000.00 per month.
  • Building relationships – you must have a wealth of client-facing experience, with strong abilities to lead and drive calls with key clients, including reporting, strategising and analysing account performance.
  • Teamwork – as a Senior Account Manager, you will progress towards managing your own graduates or executives, thus, pre-existing team management skills are beneficial.
  • KPIs – you will be expected to identify and set KPIs for clients, and work towards tangible targets to achieve success.
  • Your role will require auditing and diagnosing performance within Google accounts, pitching experience for new business would also be preferred.
  • Training – conduct your own training sessions and workshops with the junior staff within the PPC team.

Skills

  • Experience – you should have at least four years of PPC experience (desirable) and be comfortable with managing large PPC accounts in a range of industries.
  • Ability to work well in a high-pressure but rewarding environment
  • Communication – you should be able to communicate effectively with clients, lead calls, and drive meetings. You will be the focal point for key clients, so your communication skills must be superb.
  • Time management – we use an extremely efficient workflow management tool to assist in time management, but you should also be confident that your workload is manageable and appropriate deadlines are set and met.
  • Passion – you should be passionate about PPC and want to deliver the best results for your clients.
