Success has always been measured in numbers. Leads. Conversions. ROI. Hits. Likes. Views. The stories we tell are designed to shift these dials. That starts with a deeper understanding of your audience and your goals.

Because stories that begin with the right numbers are much more likely to end with them too.

While most other agencies are recent data converts, Jaywing is different.

We started out as a specialist data business 25 years ago. So rather than suddenly bolting it on to what we offer, data is the foundation on which we’re built. That’s a huge advantage for our clients. Because by harnessing the power of data, we amplify our creative and media response to produce outstanding results.

With 25 years of expertise, Jaywing is among the top 5 integrated agencies outside London. Backed by over 250 experts across offices in Sheffield, Leeds, and Sydney, we craft narratives that resonate.

Our three guiding principles — Critical thinking, Collaboration, Conviction—define our approach. By developing a range of proprietary tools, we’re able to give our clients an unfair advantage in everything from attribution to PPC.

The Role

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of Jaywing’s marketing plans and supporting sales activity, executing the underlying strategies that promote our wide-ranging service offering and engaging leads through the funnel to conversion.

This will encompass reaching new prospects and also engaging existing clients to improve cross-sell, retention and lifetime value. We’re looking for someone to join our growing and changing team to help us reach our true potential.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing, who can offer coaching and support to your ongoing development.

  • Support the creation and deployment of internal communications efforts to effectively distribute information across the business.

  • Co-ordinate the team to maintain the quality and integrity of the CRM and database, ensuring its effective segmentation for targeted/personalised sales and marketing activities Produce, adapt and implement collateral, (excluding case studies) channel-specific content and campaign material to support both brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
  • Deploy/activate all direct channel activity in coordination with wider marketing communications plans, ensuring all online content, design and delivery is continuously tested and optimised for customer engagement and meets brand standards.
  • Ensure emails and campaigns are continuously analysed, tested and improved and that our customers receive relevant, engaging and appropriate content across all campaigns, whilst ensuring all content and communication enhances our brand.
  • Analyse and report on all your activity, performance and provide insights to key stakeholders, understanding where and how we can better target and improve our activity and defining actions to capitalise on our use of CRM to the team and wider business.
  • Develop operational processes covering all appropriate areas to ensure the smooth production and implementation of CRM and campaign related activity.
