Ink has a really exciting opportunity for a bright and engaging Account Manager.
The Account Manager will need to be an effective communicator with the ability to maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders. Working closely with our clients you will inspire complete confidence, so solid Print knowledge is a must!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that existing high service levels are maintained, whilst delivering top quality print solutions that drive exceptional value
- Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders
- Managing a high volume of quick turnaround projects, experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing, often juggling multiple clients
- Working with external suppliers to provide print and production quotes, suitable format solutions, timings to client and driving the project to delivery
- Taking briefs from clients and translating to production, maintaining client communication and timeline tracking
- Providing end to end account management, from order to delivery, overseeing and organising orders, deliveries and installations where needed
- Establishing yourself as a strong account handler, both internally and with the client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust, and confidence in the Client arena
Key Skills
- A solid understanding of the printing process (knowing the difference between digital and litho etc.)
- Previous Account Management experience, dealing with print suppliers would be very advantageous in this role
- Previous experience within Print Management / Print Manufacturer
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Core Microsoft office skills including Excel
