About The Role

We have grown organically for many years and following our brand re-launch in 2023 we are investing in all aspects of the agency including Sales and Marketing.  Working closely with the Exec team and a well-established marketing capability you will have responsibility for generating new sales leads and opportunities using your experience within the industry, your own connections and those of HUB.

Your main duties will include

  • Working with the Marketing Manager to define and deliver lead generation activities.
  • Actively promoting the work of HUB to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Nurturing relationships across your network to identify new opportunities for the wide range of services HUB has to offer.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with new prospects, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Supporting the transition of new clients into the Account Management and operational functions to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Supporting the creation and execution of sales presentations and pitches.
  • Active involvement in formal procurement processes.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s services, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Collaborating with marketing and design teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Tracking leads and opportunities at campaign level in a structured CRM system in conjunction with the Marketing Team to allow further campaign and nurturing activity.

We are looking for candidates that have

  • 3 years or more experience in a similar role, preferably in an integrated agency environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of lead generation techniques across a variety of channels and platforms.
  • Great interpersonal skills to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills backed by experienced participation in prospect meetings.
  • Experience producing and presenting relevant information as part of the sales process.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Commercial experience in an agency environment.
