Creative agency The Neighbourhood has been appointed to create a year-long tourism campaign to attract visitors from around the UK and Europe to Greater Manchester.
Following a three-way pitch to Marketing Manchester, the agency’s campaign started on Friday 28th July with a soft launch. A hashtag #cometogethermanchester was used by social media influencers and journalists as they gathered in the City to sample what Manchester has to offer.
The Neighbourhood Creative Director Jon Humphreys, said: “We are very pleased to have won the tourism campaign for our city. We look forward to creating a powerful campaign to attract visitors to Greater Manchester and help boost the city’s UK profile and local economy further.”
