West Yorkshire based bedding manufacturer, Slumberdown, has secured an exclusive deal with supermarket retailer Asda.
In what the company says marks a ‘significant departure’ for the Huddersfield brand, the supplier hopes to widen its appeal into premium bedding.
Sales and marketing director, David Page, said: “We’re incredibly pleased to be working with Asda with our new Sleepwell collection. We’ve spent a great deal of time and effort perfecting the product and we’re confident that it’s a strong product offering and will prove to be a popular range.”
The new range will be available in stores across the UK from September and includes 10.5 tog duvets and pillows in plush striped cotton.
The Slumberdown brand experienced significant growth in 2013 following a series of major product launches, new listings and significant investment in marketing.
