Where is it?
Everton Football Club, 7th Floor, Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1HU
How big is it?
The Club’s new 28,000 sq. ft. offices offer panoramic views across the River Mersey, along the famous waterfront and into the heart of Liverpool city centre. They have been designed to create an inspiring environment that is conducive to staff wellbeing while also creating a platform for collaboration and growth. The open-plan offices sit predominantly to the West, East and South elevations of the building.
The sleek main reception, state-of-the-art Boardroom, meeting rooms and café bar look out towards Bramley-Moore Dock, the proposed site for Everton Football Club’s new stadium development.
Everton’s rich history and the Club’s values are reflected in the décor with custom-designed graphics and memorabilia on display throughout the offices.
What happens there?
Several years ago Everton made a commitment that employees would be housed under one roof in a world-class environment that matched the Club’s ambition. The move to new offices at The Royal Liver Building has allowed the Club to bring teams, previously based in different locations, into one place, enabling staff to work more collaboratively.
Having a world-class working environment will help to attract the best and most talented people and provides business continuity as the Club prepares for a move to Bramley-Moore Dock.
It also provides a platform to showcase the Club as a highly-professional operation to potential commercial partners and other important stakeholders, and demonstrates the Club’s intent for the standards expected of the new stadium.
This move is just one example of how, through its People Strategy, the Club is continuing to invest in its people to create an inspiring, diverse and inclusive workplace where staff can pursue ‘being the best’.

Think your workspace is wonderful?
Workplaces across the North are changing. For many, the physical changes are to encourage a cultural change, with more pressure being put on businesses to consider the wellbeing of employees. Whether your office has recently been refurbished, it’s beautifully designed, or it’s just vastly different from a typical office, we want to hear from you. Our Where We Work feature is a visual piece so any submissions will need to include HD photos. To find out more, please email Josh.
