Having our office based within 2-Work means we have access to a modern workspace that can grow at the same rate as our company. The space is fully maintained and secure, with 24/7 access and building security which was important to us when searching for a new office location.
We chose 2-Work because of its facilities, including superfast Wi-Fi, and access to meeting rooms and equipment. The space also features a fully stocked refreshment area, providing our team access to quality refreshments throughout the day. Our employees can enjoy quiet spaces and break-out areas, which are ideal for taking breaks or having informal meetings.
We also love the busy event calendar, there is always something going on! This allows us to connect with various businesses, from startups and freelancers to larger businesses that operate across the UK and internationally.
What happens there?
One of the things we love most about our new office is the range of events and local businesses that pop up in the space. It’s always exciting to see what’s going on, and we enjoy trying out new products or networking with other businesses. Some days, we get to enjoy a free cocktail, while other days we can sample some delicious local cheese. It’s a great way to break up the day and add some fun to our working routine.
There are businesses of all sizes working in the space, and we love the sense of community that comes with being part of such a vibrant and dynamic environment.
What sort of work goes on?
Our working day always consists of at least one team or department-specific meeting, and due to our flexible-working policy, we hold this during our core hours so that our team has a better work-life balance. These meetings help us to stay on track with our goals and ensure everyone is up-to-date on the latest developments. It’s also a great opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns and work together to find solutions.
When it comes to meeting with clients, our office space is perfect for it. We have access to meeting rooms that we can hire, which provides us with a professional setting to host clients. Having quieter areas around the office also helps as we work with many of our clients remotely, so it’s easy for our team to join regular video calls without the need to pre-book a meeting room.
Our team primarily works with SMEs to help them with their digital marketing needs. This includes everything from branding and design to SEO, paid advertising, and content
creation. We take pride in working closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals.
