GGR Group has launched its new website – designed by the company’s in-house marketing team – at the Bauma trade fair in Munich.
Originally started in 1995 by brother and sister team Graeme and Gill Riley, the lifting machine supplier has grown into a multi-million pound business.
Its products have been used on high-profile projects including The Shard in London, Heathrow Terminal 5 and the Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood.
The website was built over the course of six months, and now has full mobile capabilities as well as videos and access to the company’s full catalogue of products and services.
Daniel Ezzatvar, marketing manager at GGR Group, which has a depot in Oldham, said: “We made the decision to develop this website in-house as it is an essential marketing tool that will grow with the business.
“Customers are becoming more technologically savvy than ever before; they want information at their fingertips in an instant. That’s why it was important for our site to be mobile-friendly and updated regularly.”
Graeme Riley, chief executive of GGR Group, said: “We’ve worked hard to create a website that showcases the range of products and services we offer, without losing the personal touch.”
