The Creative Awards are back for it’s second year running and promises to be a night of celebration that you won’t want to miss out on!
With the support of some industry legends and leaders, we’ll be giving a platform to some of the regions brightest and boldest creative talent at a stylish soiree. Think sun-kissed vibes, delicious food from our Temaco and Shaka Shuck huts, excellent music and inspiring company. Your Event Host - Dean McCullough
Dean hosts his own daytime show on BBC Radio 1 weekdays from 1-3.30pm and has become one of the most exciting broadcasters in the country. With 12 years experience under his belt Dean was awarded ‘Top LGBTQ+ Broadcaster’ by Attitude Magazine.
In television, Dean has appeared on ITV comedy reality show ‘Retreat Yourself’ and has appeared as a panelist on ‘Love Island: Aftersun’. He has also presented for ‘Morning Live’ on BBC One making a personal film about his journey with sobriety. Dean has also presented his own ‘Pride Hits’ music show for 4Music as well as a series of music shows called ‘That’s Iconic!’ airing across 4Music channels.
In music, Dean has presented ‘Sam Smith at The BBC’ for BBC Sounds. He has also hosted a ‘Westlife at Wembley’ special which was broadcast in 650 cinemas nationwide. Dean is an engaging interviewer and storyteller. He has interviewed some of the biggest artists on the planet including; Ed Sheeran, Kylie Minogue & Little Mix. Commercially, Dean has worked with brands like Virgin, Moss Bros and Sony.

Shuka Shack Hut:
- Chicken Shawarma – Youm, hummus, cabbage, pickles, sumac onions served on Khobez Flatbread
- Vegan Kofte – Pomegranate, Za’atar spiced chickpeas, harissa & garlic mayo, cabbage, pickles, sumac onion served on Khobez Flatbread
