Your Event Host - Gemma Care
Gemma is a freelance Presenter, Host and Live Reporter having worked on high-profile, international sporting events such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Formula 1, Volvo Ocean Race and America’s Cup.
Previous to this Gemma worked in television production as a Development Researcher for the BBC and eventually as a freelance Producer exploring her passion for creative storytelling and engaging with audiences around the world.
What's on the Menu?
Starter:
Avocado and tomato bruschetta with aged balsamic
Main:
Seared chicken with sage dauphinoise and sprouting broccoli
OR
Vegetarian main:
Warm fig, goat’s cheese and olive puff pastry tart with charred asparagus
Desert:
White chocolate and strawberry cheesecake with lemon curd
Wine and beer for the table included in the premium table of 10 package.
