IMA-HOME has promoted Jack Sails to the role of Associate Director of Technology.
Sails, who was previously Head of HX (Hybrid Experience) will continue to work across HX, but also seek to “push the boundaries of AI” and guide the team and clients through a “new era of innovation.”
“I’m so keen to get cracking with this new role. Having led our hybrid experience team and focused on innovation, this isn’t necessarily a departure. It’s a deeper dive into what I love – integrating and elevating tech, especially AI, across our entire operation,” he explained.
“It’s about dedicating more to technology, making sure it isn’t just an add-on but a core part of how everyone works. Pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve with AI and new platforms. From cutting-edge techniques to crafting powerful tools to amplify our client support.”
