Manchester-based creative agency Holdens has won the pitch to deliver a rebrand and TV campaign for online competitions company Elite Competitions.
Holdens will rebrand the company to give it a new identity that better reflects its position as one of the leaders in the market, as well as produce a TV campaign to raise awareness of the brand among its core target audience.
Elite Competitions was one of the first companies to offer online competitions when it launched in 2016, giving people the chance to win houses, cars and other luxury prizes.
The Blackpool-based firm raised its profile through a successful appearance on Dragons’ Den in 2018. Although the company’s website says the planned investment from from Touker Suleyman and Teja Lelvani did not “come to fruition” it has gone from strength to strength regardless, giving away more than £50m in prizes to over 170,000 winners. With the rebrand and TV campaign, it’s now hoping to diversify its audience.
Ryan Lea, marketing manager at Elite Competitions, said: “We’ve been looking for an agency to take our brand to the next level and Holdens are already helping us achieve that. The team there gets us.”
Ted Holden, managing director at Holdens, added: “We’re really excited to be working with a brand that has such ambitious plans for the future and we can’t wait to go on this journey with them as their new creative partner.”
