Key leadership appointments at Audience Collective

Independent marketing services group, Audience Collective, has made a pair of senior changes to its leadership team.

Rob Wescott, who joined Audience Collective as group managing director from McCann Worldgroup last year, has been promoted to group CEO. Alongside the leadership team he will focus on organic growth, new product launches and M&A to further bolster Audience Collective’s insight and delivery capability.

Joining Wescott is Verity Brown, who has been appointed as group MD at Audience Collective following her role as managing director at The Specialist Works. With a vast knowledge of the media landscape and big brand experience, Verity will oversee and drive the group’s media provision – a key growth area which includes four specialist agencies.

Brown will also lead on market opportunities for consumer media, focusing on new commercial approaches to ensure better outcomes for clients.

Newly appointed group CEO Wescott said: “I am delighted to be leading an agency group that not only delivers outstanding results for its clients, but has ambitions to make significant changes to the industry.

Audience Collective is a group of specialist agencies, including Ponderosa, Spark and Crunch Digital that connect brands, such as Amazon, Boots, Hisense and Unilever, to their audience.
