CTI Digital has been appointed to lead digital marketing activities for Zip World, a fast-growing and globally recognised outdoor adventure company.
Zip World has expanded rapidly in the last ten years, matching the growing demand for adventure tourism in the UK. With seven exhilarating sites across Wales and England, Zip World has been captivating thrill-seekers since its establishment in 2013.
The Penrhyn Quarry site is home to the brand’s first venture: Velocity 2, which holds the record for the world’s fastest zip line achieving speeds of up to 125mph.
Closer to home, the Manchester agency will also be repping for the 14 zip wires and 34 obstacles at Zip World’s 18m-high Heaton Park site.
Facing challenges in the post-pandemic era, especially during the low season, Zip World has appointed CTI Digital to enhance brand visibility and boost bookings. The digital agency is working closely with Zip World to identify strategic solutions, ultimately focusing on optimising paid advertising campaigns to maximise bookings and marketing return on investment.
CTI Digital will be dually focused on driving an uplift in traffic, conversion, and sales through paid advertising and also organic uplift via Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). By offering both solutions under one roof, CTI Digital is able to offer its clients a higher return on investment.
Andrew Hudson, CEO at Zip World, said: “We came to CTI with the hopes of amplifying brand awareness, increasing our bookings and collaborating with a partner that we felt would work with us, not just for us, through paid advertising, AI-powered performance max campaigns, and SEO advances.
“We have been impressed with the CTI team’s quick thinking and proactive approach, as well as their ability to communicate and turn around fast-paced campaigns which is needed for our industry.”
Chris Woodward, CEO at CTI Digital, added: “It’s great to work with ambitious organisations like Zip World who are driving innovation in their sector. They have a high appetite for growth which can only be fully achieved when the full range of digital capabilities are combined, which is precisely how we are geared to operate.”
