Boost Drinks appoints agency after “tough 3-way pitch”

Boost Drinks has named Refinery as its lead creative agency, following what Refinery described as a “tough 3-way pitch.”

It’s been a big month for the Manchester agency, which has also been appointed by WD-40.

With Leeds-based Boost Drinks, Refinery will be handling the brand planning and creative development for the company’s 2024 activity.

“The collaboration of insight, strategy thinking and planning married to refreshing, creative thinking tipped the balance in Refinery’s favour,” said Anjna Mistry, Brand Controller at Boost Drinks.

“We are all incredibly excited to see their creative idea brought to life through fully integrated activities next year and beyond.”

With WD-40, the agency will develop some “disruptive and engaging communications” for its Multi-Use Product.

“We are delighted to have been appointed by two fantastic brands and we’re relishing the challenges presented by both organisations. We are also excited to showcase how the content we create for both brands will be used through digital and non-digital platforms,” added Refinery CEO Nick Bradshaw.
