Leeds-based SaaS firm eviFile, which specialises in providing asset owners, engineers and project managers with real-time visibility on major projects, has appointed Lucy Flaherty as people and operations director. Flaherty joins eviFile following five-and-a-half years as performance leader at KPMG in Leeds.
Flaherty’s total tenure at KPMG lasted around two decades, during which time she worked closely with various tech teams in the connected technology capability, fine-tuning her skills in people management, performance optimisation, and operational excellence.
Flaherty’s contributions to eviFile will focus on key areas including governance and operational rigour, performance enhancement, and fostering a high performance culture with a focus on reward and recognition. Her strategic insights and hands-on experience will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational efficiency and overall employee experience.
