A new interview question generator, powered by AI and designed to “enhance both candidate and interviewers’ journeys,” has been implemented by digital product agency Tangent.
Newcastle’s Tangent, which also has offices in London and Valencia, delivered the tech on behalf of recruitment brand, Reed.
The new tool harnesses advanced AI algorithms to generate lists of relevant interview questions based on a range of criteria to suit any role, in any sector, across a range of seniority levels from entry to C-suite.
Soft and hard skills are also included, so those seeking new lines of questioning can create a bespoke output based on the most desirable candidate qualities.
Questions are specifically designed to be easily downloadable and shareable, meaning interviewers and recruitment personnel can distribute questions easily among internal stakeholders.
The easy to use, three-step process swiftly delivers a complete set of tailored interview questions, either for interviewers to determine an interviewees experience and skillset, or for candidates to anticipate how an upcoming interview may shape up.
Strategy partner for Tangent, Nadine Clarke, said: “AI has been instrumental in unlocking this innovation for Reed. Aligning with our own commitments to both people and purpose, this new tech will help Reed cement their position as one of the leading recruitment businesses in the UK.”
Reed marketing director James Adams added: “Tangent’s creativity and broad skillset across both tech and design have helped us bring this new tool to life. One of many AI innovations we hope to implement as a business. This pioneering tech will grow and develop over time with the sole intention of helping future generations of interviewers and candidates succeed.”
