Harrogate digital agency Mixd has been appointed to design and build a new patient website for the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The project, which was awarded after a competitive tender, will see Mixd conduct extensive user research, design and usability testing, development and a comprehensive content management system.
The trust manages the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby, Scunthorpe General Hospital and Goole & District Hospital.
Mike Danford, director of Mixd, said: “Mixd has a great track record of building user-friendly, accessible and compliant websites for the NHS.
“This website will support the health needs of people across three hospitals and a wide geographical region, so it is important that the site reflects the users needs.”
Mixd has already completed several projects for the NHS, including a new site for the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
