For the launch of the new studio opening in Manchester, we are setting up a demo week for everyone to interact and get hands-on with some of the world’s most advanced filming tools under one roof!
This is not to be missed, I mean where else will you ever see 5x different cinema robots, setups demonstrating different use cases along with a tabletop virtual production LED wall on Unreal Engine?
There will also be an ultra arm tracking vehicle that you can get hands-on with the controls and play with one of the most advanced Steadicams on the market (MKV AR with & the ZeeGee) and most impressive of all, take a ride on our Robot Rollercoaster!
The demo week will run from the 14th to the 18th of August from 12 noon till 9 pm and this is what we have on show along with our 5 cinema robots –
Robot Rollercoaster – Yes you read that right! One of our robots has a 240kg payload and we have mounted a racing seat with safety harnesses for visitors to sit on and be taken for a ride! Yes, this is very exciting and we can’t wait to show you!
Glambot – You have seen it on the red carpet events, a high-speed robotic arm with a phantom cinema camera to capture your moments in super slow motion!
Virtual Production – We will be showcasing our tabletop LED wall and discussing all the advantages of VP with motion control
Ultra arm tracking vehicle – We will have a fully rigged Ultra Arm Tracking Vehicle all set up in the studio where we will allow you to take control of the 12ft arm and give the alpha wheels a spin!
MKV AR steadicam – We have on show our Steadicam with the AR rig and the new ZeeGee for you to check out. You can either watch a demo and learn all about it or give it a go!
Visual engineering – We will have our small modular robot on its compact linear tracks showing off some pneumatic pistons, droppers and other visual engineering accessories
Studio – Check out our new 2500sqft studio with our 11m x 9m infinity wall, this is just phase one, stay tuned for phase 2.
Others – 8m crane, Floatcam HD heavy-duty slider, Marbl orbiter, live streaming solution.
The new studio is minutes away from Media City.
