Business transformation specialist Custerian has added Katie Connor to its ranks in the role of outcome creation lead.
The move sees Connor, formerly lead product manager at Bolton electrical etailer AO, reunited with her then-boss, former AO head of customer operations, and now Custerian outcomes director, Jennifer Hollowood-Smith.
The pair’s time together at AO lasted almost 10 years, with both leaving for pastures new in 2022 prior to their latest reunion at Custerian’s Daresbury HQ.
Custerian, which describes itself as a “People Changing Agency” was founded by Nicola Collister and Simon Norie in 2013 and has worked with blue chip clients including SCS, SGN, PureGym, Mobysoft and ASK4.
Collister, who has worked at FTSE 100-listed companies including Very and Yodel, said: “Given what we do, success is all about getting the right talent on the team. Katie shares our passion for delivering exceptional results in exceptional times.

Skipping the formalities, Hollowood-Smith took to LinkedIn to welcome her prodigal colleague: “I am delighted to have Katie Connor on the team! It was only a matter of time hey Katie,” she posted.
Connor added: “I’m the sort of person who loves to face into problems and opportunities and feel challenged. When Jen told me what Custerian were doing I knew I wanted to be a part of it.”
Custerian employs 11 staff and is also supported by a wider network of associates.
