Bolton digital marketing agency, The Audit Lab, has partnered with the Bolton Lads and Girls Club – one of the largest youth clubs in the UK.
The Lads and Girls Club offers sports, arts, mentoring and community outreach work for ages eight to 18. With over £2.5 million needed each year to keep the centre open, funds are raised through events, sponsorships, and the time of volunteers.
The Audit Lab and will support BLGC through mentoring, fundraising and training to help achieve its goals of increasing the number of children they’re able to reach, improve the physical and emotional wellbeing of young people, and boost confidence and aspirations.
Victoria Hozaifeh, Bolton Lads and Girls Club’s philanthropy manager, says: “We are delighted to announce the partnership between The Audit Lab and BLGC. Lee and Claire met with our team to learn about the support BLGC provides to children, young people and families in our local area. Through their support as patrons, they will help maintain and grow our vital free services and facilities.”
Claire Crompton, co-founder and commercial director of The Audit Lab, added: “We’re proud to be supporting such an important charity and giving back to the Bolton community. As well as becoming patrons, we’re also volunteering to support and mentor those in need to hopefully make a difference. As a business, we’re going to encourage the wider team to become involved, to hopefully help with office morale and teambuilding. We’re excited to meet other local businesses that support the Bolton Lads and Girls Club and work alongside them to make a difference.”
