Harrogate strategic digital marketing agency, Next Chapter, has added broadband start-up, Pulse Fibre, to its roster of retained clients.
The longer-term relationship between Next Chapter and Pulse Fibre comes after the agency delivered a full brand discovery and marketing strategy project, and will now consist of SEO, social media management, paid social, CRM implementation, email marketing and content creation.
Pulse Fibre offers end-to-end, full-fibre broadband to new build and build-to-rent residential properties.
Operations director at Pulse Fibre, Robert Buckingham, said: “It was clear from early on in the discovery process with Next Chapter that the team’s approach and boldness aligned perfectly with Pulse Fibre as a brand, what we stand for and what we’re trying to achieve. We have ambitious goals as a brand, and we’re confident that working with Next Chapter will enable us to achieve those goals and be disruptive in our sector.”
Daniel Swepson, head of marketing at Next Chapter, added: “There’s a lot of synergy between our two brands. They want to deliver something better in their industry, and not something that’s being done the way it always has been. The team at Pulse Fibre are a pleasure to work with and we’re really starting to feel like an extension of their in-house team, and that’s the ultimate goal for us as an agency; to deliver outstanding work and expertise for our clients.”
Next Chapter launched in 2022 as the sister agency brand of Impression, which recently announced 20-25 per cent year-on-year growth for the last three years and the acquisition of Norwich-based digital agency, FLOCC.
