Pan-European, and Vietnamese, agency SPRING Production is expanding its Manchester operations with the appointment of Austen Donnellan as Business Development Director.
A seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of agency experience, Donnellan has held client services director roles for a diverse portfolio of global consumer and B2B accounts in leading integrated and creative agencies.
His career has seen him successfully grow clients in both UK and international markets, working with industry giants such as Muller Dairy, HTC, PepsiCo, Jägermeister and INEOS Hygienics.
Donnellan will be working closely with SPRING Production’s UK team to help boost growth and expand the company’s client base. Through his decades of experience, and the collective expertise of SPRING Production’s operations across Europe and Vietnam, he will aim to deliver solutions to “transform clients’ marketing production challenges into sustainable competitive advantages.”
The new role will bring Donnellan back to his native North West after more than a decade with South West and London-based Bray Leino. He said: “My goal is to help brands maximise their potential. It’s a great opportunity and I’m eager to take SPRING Production to the next level. I’m also looking forward to being based in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. I’m originally from the North West, so it feels as though I’m coming home.”
Lars Bo Hansen, CEO of SPRING Production, added: “[Austen’] experience and proven success in the industry make him a valuable addition. With Austen on board, we’re ready to seize exciting new opportunities and drive growth in the UK market.”
Cosmopolitan SPRING has offices in Denmark, Germany and Poland, as well as its Manchester office and a further outpost in Ho Chi Minh City.
