Legoland Windsor is to sponsor family movies on Channel 5 and 5Star for the next 12 months, in a sponsorship brokered by Wavemaker and Sky.
TBWA\MCR has created the full campaign for the deal, which will include a series of idents. These will be sourced from the global toolkit the agency has created for the brand.
“The flexibility of the modular approach is well demonstrated here for LEGOLAND Windsor,” said Gary Fawcett, ECD at TBWA\MCR.
“We’ve effectively adapted our toolkit for TVC and Sponsorship media to showcase our fantastic LEGO attractions; inspiring parents and kids to want to go with an infectious energy, excitement and a huge smile”.
The short films will open with “In a land” in the style of blockbuster trailer, playing off classic movie tropes, with a “booming voice over” and dramatic music, before revealing the Legoland experiences.
