Norwich-based Neontribe has joined Leeds-digital agency, dxw.

The agency, which has 13 years of experience in the third sector works across software, content and ux. It’s previously worked alongside dxw on a website for The Judiciary.

“Having worked with dxw over the years, we know the quality of the work we can do together,” said Harry Harrold, Director at Neontribe.

“We understand how to create and run multidisciplinary teams that make an impact. Working in the best interests of service users is at the core of everything we do and, as part of the dxw family, we are even better placed to make that happen and help those who need it most.”

It will retain its identity and its founders will continue to work as part of the team.

“Being employee-owned gives us the freedom and opportunity to join forces with talented like-minded organisations,” added Dave Mann, CEO at dxw.

“With Neontribe on board, we believe we are even better placed to pursue our mission to improve public services and help organisations enhance the way they work. dxw and Neontribe share the same values based on a collective culture and vision to improve the lives of people who rely on public and third sector services, supported by a user-centred and agile approach. We are stronger together and excited about what the future holds.”

dxw moved its headquarters to Leeds in 2020.
