The BBC has confirmed that the final series of Happy Valley will begin on January 1st.
Written and creative by Sally Wainwright, the multi-BAFTA award winning show is filmed on location in Yorkshire.
This, the third and final outing for Sarah Lancashire’s Sergeant Catherine Cawood will air at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The 6 x 60 minute series is a Lookout Point production, The Executive Producers are Sally Wainwright and Sarah Lancashire, with Faith Penhale and Will Johnston for Lookout Point, Ben Irving and Rebecca Ferguson for the BBC.
