Lancaster agency, Factored, has won 3 property clients, following a series of competitive tenders.
The brand and digital consultancy is now working with Locality, Kingswood Homes and Pine Court Housing Association (part of The Sovini Group).

Factored will be undertaking digital transformation of all 3 businesses. It will also deliver a new website for Locality to build a more user-friendly and accessible online platform.
The projects are due for completion in Summer 2022.
