Fox Agency has appointed Emma Loizidis as its first Head of People, joining from one of the country’s largest media agencies.
Loizidis will be responsible for nurturing company culture and placing people first at the Leeds and London-based tech marketing agency, having previously been Mediacom UK’s Group People Manager.
She also has experience running her own recruitment company for a decade and establishing the HR department at Barcelona start-up Hosco.
The agency has recently won a range of leading clients including Delphi Technologies, RendezVerse and Beyond Now, and has made appointments including Ash Collyer as Account Director and Elisabetta Nicoli as Paid Media Expert.
Commenting on her appointment, Emma Loizidis said: “I was looking for an opportunity where I could make a real impact on the growth and success of an exciting and thriving business, whilst having the creative freedom to run with my ideas.
